For owners & small teams

You run the business.
I build the systems.

The repeating work, handled.
Your judgment stays final.

I install AI workflows into the business you’re already running — in your workspace, on your accounts, with your own data. You own what gets built.

$1,000 to set up, then $700/month — ten clients at a time.

01How it works

One build at a time.

We set your foundation once. After that you have a roadmap, and you control the order.

I build whatever’s at the top and test it against real examples from your business before you ever see it. You run it on live work and tell me where it’s wrong. We tighten it until you trust it — then it goes live and we start the next one.

Foundation comes first — your AI setup, workspace, and company brain. Everything after that, you prioritize.
02Who this is for

You’re the one it all runs through.

Maybe you’re on your own. Maybe you have a few people. Either way you’re the principal — the judgment still routes through you, and the repeating work still lands on a plate that has better things on it. There’s no engineer to spec this for and no six months to spend learning prompts.

You own it

Everything is built in your workspace, on your accounts. If we stop working together, it all keeps running.

No black box

You can see inside every workflow. I’ll show you how it works and how to change it — that’s the point.

You keep the judgment

Nothing sends, publishes, or changes a record without approval rules we set together.

You work with me

Not an account manager, not a junior. Ten clients at a time, on purpose — so the work stays good.

03What gets built

Where the hours usually go.

Most engagements start with one of these — they’re the pain points that come up over and over, and I’ve run every one of them in my own businesses or for a client. Plenty of what I build, though, is specific to one business and would never show up on a list like this.

// open any build to see how it runs

Yours isn’t here? That’s normal. Custom builds and integrations for your specific stack are the same price and the same roadmap — the list above is just where most people start.

04Pricing

One number. No tiers.

Scope is expressed as time, not as a package. A bigger build simply takes more of the roadmap — the monthly price doesn’t move.

Foundation — once
$1,000

First we get your AI set up properly — the right paid account, a workspace that’s actually organized, and safe connections to the tools you already use. Then I build your company brain: your past work, your voice, and how you really operate, in one place every future build reads from.

You don’t need to know anything about AI going in. Ends with a 60-minute session where we pick the first build.

Then, monthly

05Work

I run my own business on this.

Twelve years of real estate development and property management, an investment portfolio, and AI implementation — all operated on similar workflows to the ones I install for clients. Two examples.

Monthly books

Hours, every monthMinutes

Before

Log into QuickBooks. Pull statements from two banks and the mortgage servicer by hand. Fix everything QuickBooks miscategorized. Email the accountant. Wait. Answer questions about a transaction from six weeks ago. Get back a P&L that's already out of date.

Now

When the bank and mortgage statements post, a workflow picks them up on its own and categorizes them against my own rules. A finished monthly P&L is waiting for me. No QuickBooks, no accountant round-trip — I read the books instead of building them.

Deal flow

What I could read by handMany times the volume

Before

Every deal underwritten by hand. Email the broker for disclosures. Wait days. Read a two-hundred-page package hunting for the problem. Rebuild the model from scratch. Find out on page forty that it was never going to work — and do it again on the next one.

Now

Inbound gets triaged and gated on the way in. Disclosure requests go out automatically. Red flags surface before I've spent an hour. I review many times the deals I ever could by hand, and the ones that reach me arrive with a budget and a finished model.

06Who's building it

Brad Roemer

Real estate developer and operator. San Diego, CA.

Twelve years developing real estate — twenty-plus projects, full cycle, from finding the dirt to selling the building, plus the property management that comes with holding them. These days I remotely manage eighteen small rental buildings, run an angel and investment portfolio, and take on ten clients at a time.

I run all of that on fewer hours than I used to spend on one of them. That’s not a claim about the product — it’s why the product exists.

Every system I run started the same way: something in my week was taking too long, so I built the thing that handled it. The monthly books. Deal screening. Chasing people for documents. Three of the builds on this page started as mine. Nobody handed me a technical background — I learned it because the alternative was doing the work twice.

The work looks different in every business. The problems don’t. Everyone is chasing documents, rebuilding the same proposal, and writing the same report with new numbers.

What I like most is the other side of it: sitting down with someone who knows their business cold, finding the two or three things quietly eating their week, and handing that time back. Ten clients at a time, so the work stays good.

07Common questions

The things people ask first.

Most of your time goes in at the start. We spend a few hours together early on so I can understand how you actually operate — how you talk to clients, what your standards are, where the work really goes — and that becomes your company brain. I'll also walk you through using this stuff, at whatever level you want it.

After that it drops off. You review what I've built and tell me what's wrong, and I take it from there. Nothing to install, and nothing new for your team to learn — the work shows up in the tools you already use.

What should AI take off your plate?

Fifteen minutes, no deck. Tell me what’s eating your week and I’ll tell you whether I can build something for it — and if I can’t, I’ll say so.

Confidence comes from watching it work, not from taking my word for it.
