Helped a client automate something tiny this week — new inquiries come in with info that's already publicly listed, and she was spending time each day digging it back up to respond. One email a day, five minutes each. The new system prepares the draft for her, and eventually will respond automatically without her review.

Five minutes doesn't sound like anything. But it's mind blowing that it's 2.5 hours back every month. This made me think about where I am wasting and where I can be better allocating.
